The Upper Kern is going up, and the Lower is holding steady.

Earlier this week the Upper starting touching 500 CFS, which is on the cusp of Limestone being good to go in 12 foot rafts. More recently, with the glancing storm, we saw it crest 700 CFS. Downstream, the Lower Kern has been holding steady around 310 CFS. This means we’re actually seeing net gains in lake storage, while small, it’s about time.
