The cold weather has trended flows down on the Upper Kern to 232 CFS which is good to see.

Lower Kern is holding steady at 194 CFS. It would be a nice gesture to have Dana Munn turn the dial down to sub-100 as we’re basically having no net gain for storage but it’s technically not his call.

Forecast is calling for a small storm this Thursday bringing our drainage 2 inches of snow. The last system was appreciated, but probably didn’t move the needle very much. Chatter of a Miracle March is increasing, but nothing definitive.
